Domaine de Sareval

AOP Valréas enjoys a privileged geographical location and a terroir conducive to the production of top-quality wines. Its exposure, clay soils and the influence of cold air currents contribute to the freshness and complexity of its wines.

Domaine de Sareval Rouge is both powerful and fresh, a southern Côtes du Rhône with northern accents...it has all the ingredients to be enjoyed over a number of years, so that its evolution can be felt.

Domaine de Sareval Blanc is made from Viognier and Marsanne grapes. Each grape variety brings its own aromatic characteristics and structure to the final wine.
Valréas white wines are distinguished by their freshness, liveliness and aromatic complexity.

Domaine de Sareval is owned by Bénédicte Bonnet, a winemaker based in Monteux.

Her philosophy is rooted in respect for the land and terroirs, essential values in guaranteeing the quality of her grapes. Committed to organic farming for over ten years, she has adopted the High Environmental Value (HVE) label for more rational and respectful management. With this in mind, all labels, cartons and bottles are made from recycled materials.

Its aim is to offer wines that are pleasant, accessible, fruity and balanced on the palate, with just the right amount of tannin.
